Arbonne International Achieves Water Reduction Goals Early

In 2022, over 3 million gallons of water were saved compared to 2019.

Beauty and wellness company Arbonne International has exceeded its goal of reducing water consumption 20% by 2025 (compared to the 2019 baseline) at its Chatsworth, CA facility years ahead of schedule. In 2021, the company achieved a 48% total reduction of absolute water use across all sites due to water reclamation and recycling innovations in manufacturing.
 
This news comes as Arbonne International nears its company goal of reaching 100% use of renewable electricity, worldwide.
 
“Arbonne’s commitment to implementing revolutionary water conversation practices is more important now, more than ever,” said Tyler Whitehead, CEO of Arbonne. “Through innovative technologies, manufacturing practices and training, we have been able to achieve significant reduction in water usage. This is tremendous progress and exciting momentum that Arbonne will continue as we grow and thrive.”
 
The company’s water conservation actions continue producing results:
 

  • In 2022, 3+ million gallons of water were saved (compared to baseline year of 2019).
  • 72% reduction in water usage at Arbonne’s manufacturing facility
  • 60% reduction in water usage across all Arbonne sites globally
  • 64,000+ gallons of water were reused in manufacturing processes in 2022 alone
 
Arbonne’s commitment to water conservation is an important element of its B Corporation Certification by B Lab.
